Terms and Conditions

1. Packing, Postage, Forwarding charges, freight are extra.

2. Please correspond with us only in hindi or in English language and give your name and address clearly in legible hand.

3. All orders must be accompanied with 50% of their value as advance. Foreign customers must send us full value of the order plus postage, packing etc. expenses in advance by bank/draft payable at Delhi/New Delhi.

4. Goods once sold will not taken back or replaced.

5. If any permit System has been introduced in your State Please send the required Form with your order for expending dispatch of goods by Transport/Roadways.

6. Our catalogue rates/price are subject to change without ant prior notice.

7. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Court only.

8. Postal and Freight charges are now quite high. It is therefore, not economical if small orders are dispatched from our end. Kindly ensure that only those orders value of which is Rs. 5000/- or more are placed on us. For small orders, please contact local wholesale dealers of our publications or send us their full value in advance for direct supply.
